The founder

It is in the United States of America that the Corporate Chef Shahar developed his savoir-faire. In 1999, his career takes a start within the top international restaurants such as Nobu New York and Sushisamba, which is where he discovered the world of contemporary new-styled Japanese cuisine. A few years later, his career led him to the most exclusive dining places in Monaco, from Mediterranean festive restaurant to Japanese fine dining top venues. In paralel, he developed his company for the recruitment of private chefs for private clients in Monaco, on the French Riviera and in Miami/ New York.
